Pop Up Vendors

We are looking for harmonious pop-up vendors for Saturdays at Wildfire! If interested, please read the information below to see if your business may be a fit, and email support@wildfirehamilton.com

What we are looking for:

• Makers, food & beverage, farmers, bread bakers, potters, and more! We are looking for a vendor that our Wildfire customers would enjoy!
  
• Consumables pop-up (food & beverage) does best at Wildfire.
• A vendor with a proven following and ability to market the event to bring traffic to the shop. There is no vendor fee and Wildfire does not charge a commission on pop-up sales... but we do ask that you market and make it a mutually beneficial event.
• Vendors must have a license to sell and follow all applicable state and federal requirements 

Info:

• There is no fee for popping up
• Available Saturdays (can be one Saturday, or a rotation if it is a successful pop up)
• We have a table and a small space behind it on our second level studio space. it is fully decorated and provides a few seats for visitors. We will provide signage guiding guests upstairs.
• We will market the event on our social media and require the vendor to as well.
• Linens and basic display pieces can be provided! You will have access to a two-prong plug.
  
• Vendor sets up and tears down same day.
• For accessibility, we may move you downstairs. If not, we ask vendor to come down and take orders for guests who can't travel the steps.

What isn't a fit for us:

• Vendors that don't fit the aesthetic or interests of Wildfire customers
• Vendors with same merchandise as Wildfire or too similar to a Hamilton business-neighbor
• MLMs
