This is an XL version of our heat therapy neck wrap. Warm these in the microwave or cool in the freezer to provide heat/cold relief to achey muscles, neck tension, or head/shoulder aches. Can also be used on your tummy for natural relief for cramping.
You may add drops of essential oil, like lavender, to add scent to the experience.
