Shipping policy

We ship FAST from Ohio and all shipments are insured!
All orders over $99+ (subtotal) ship for free.*

*Some discounts & sales do not stack with our free shipping promo.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

RATES: We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard addresses.
Additional fees may be required for HI, AL, or rural addresses.

TIMING: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Packages typically take 2-5 business days transit time to arrive to you... the closer you are to Ohio... the faster it will arrive.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: Please inspect all items promptly upon arrival. If you find any damages, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and 2-3 photos of the broken item, including a photo of the packaging. This helps us file insurance claims on your behalf. We will ship replacements at no cost to you, or provide a refund if replacements are unavailable.

Nitty Gritty Details:

• We promise to ship your order out within 3 business days.
• We primarily ship through UPS & USPS. Ship times range from 1-4 business days. Any extended shipping times will be posted on the top bar of our website.
• All shipments are insured and we handle any claims for damages goods or shipments lost while in transit*
• *Wildfire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If items are shipped to an incorrect address input by the customer, we cannot offer any refund.
• Please note... once the shipment leaves our shop, we cannot control delays in transit. We cannot file a claim for a slow moving package until 14 days after shipment - but please alert us if it seems stuck, we will help keep an eye on it!
