Checkout+ Free Returns

We offer TWO options for checkout — it is your choice which to use! Checkout+ is a huge benefit to most customers, but it is always your choice if you want to use it or not.

The first checkout button (in black) is our Checkout+ feature. This option adds a small fee to your order total and offers you a free return label if you need to return or exchange an item (item must fall within our normal return policy).

We recommend Checkout+ if you aren’t sure about your purchase and may return. This is great for clothing and decor. Our shipping fee ($9.95) is usually much lower than the actual cost to ship your order. With Checkout+, if you need to return, the cost of the return label is already paid for. It is not unusual for mid-large decor shipments to cost $20+, so this feature is useful for decor returns.

Please note, adding the Checkout+ Free Return Label does not supercede our return policy. All returns must fall within our return policy and the 14 day return timeline.

The second checkout button (in white) is our standard checkout and does not add any fees, we recommend this option for In-Store Pick Ups, when purchasing Final Sale items, and/or you are sure you won’t be returning your items. 

Checkout+ is never added to an order by us, and we retain nothing from the fee collected. This is a service (via Redo) that we are happy to offer as extra feature to our customers. Once an order is placed, we cannot refund the Checkout+ fee, as that fee is collected by Redo, our Checkout+ service provider.
