Eligible merchandise is able to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product (or within 14 days of purchase from our brick-and-mortar) for exchange credit or for a refund*. Receipt or proof of purchase must be presented. Merchandise must be in its original condition.

Non-returnable items include: jewelry, kitchen items including drinkware, discounted merchandise, flash sale purchases, seasonal + Christmas, or items purchased more than 14 days ago. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no odor or staining, and tags attached. *Clothing returns are only valid for in-store credit via electronic gift card.
