Our Florence pendant is made by hand, encasing & sealing an original image in layers of resin. Our collection is co-created by our team in Indiana and women in the Dominican Republic, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty in their communities by offering a holistic approach to training, offering each woman counseling, language tutoring, and supporting women as they become entrepreneurs.

We do not offer charm bar / jewelry services to attach charms to pieces.

Seasonal Merchandise - including Fall and Christmas is final sale. Eligible merchandise is able to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product (or within 14 days of purchase from our brick-and-mortar) for exchange credit or for a refund. Proof of purchase required.

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no odor or staining, and tags attached.
• Promotional discounts are deducted from the refund amount, when applicable. If your order falls below our free shipping threshold after returns, your refund will be less the original shipping fee.
