In lieu of a traditional storefront in 2026, we will now be open ONCE a month and offer Warehouse Days. Please read below for details.
Monthly Pop-Up Shop Info:
- Wildfire's Storefront is now open for a monthly Saturday Pop-Up Shop at 127 North Second Street storefront.
- We will announce the date the month prior, keep an eye on our socials!
- These Pop-Ups will be magical and themed whenever possible. We hope to add vendors and make it event-like! We will have our owner and core team working these days - we are here to help create the perfect gift, choose a special outfit, or tackle a decorating project!
- Pop Up Hours will be 11-4PM
- Seasonally, we may add additional dates, tbd.
Open Warehouse Days:
- You can visit us at 127 North Second Street on Thursdays (11A-6P) and Fridays (11A-4P).
- These weekly warehouse dates are available to stop in for order pick ups and to shop our smaller footprint storefront. For our regulars, this will be perfect for you.
- Keep in mind, Open Warehouse Days will have behind-the-scenes movement going on like orders being packed, shipments being processed, or displays changing. If you're hoping for more personalized assistance, we recommend coming to our Saturday Pop-Ups.
Local Order Pick Ups:
- If you place an order online, you can pick it up on Thursdays (11A-6P) and Fridays (11A-4P) or at our Monthly Saturday Pop-Up.
- Farmer's Collective Saturday Pick Up Option: On weeks that we don't have Wildfire open on Saturday, we offer a pick up option from Farmer's Collective who is open every Saturday! Please email us by Thursday afternoon to have your order ready for pick up at Farmer's Collective (302 Main St, Hamilton, OH 45013).
- If you aren't able to pick it up during these times, please email us to see if we can make another day work!
- Please keep in mind, orders must be picked up within 10-14 days and our 14 Return Policy starts the date the order was placed.
Holiday Gift Returns:
We will accept returns for gifts through 1/16/26. Returns can be made on our Open Warehouse Days. Proof of purchase required. Gifts will be refunded to an E-Gift Card. Final sale items are not eligible for Holiday Gift Returns.

To our locals,
Wildfire is making a big leap! With our continued online growth, we are making changes to support our online business and re-focus the storefront to what it was always meant to be: an intentional space for gathering & gratitude—hygge.
Starting in 2026, we will offer two ways to shop in person:
1. Wildfire will host a monthly Saturday pop-up shop at our current location. It will be one day of Wildfire magic… a day that is special and oozing with soul… the way I always intended this space. More to come on this but mark your calendar for Saturday 1/24/26.
2. Weekly, we will offer two Open Warehouse Days: Thursdays 11-6 & Fridays 11-4.
On these days, we’re open for order pick-ups and shopping while our team is busy packing and preparing online orders. Just keep in mind that these days have a bit more behind-the-scenes movement.
If you prefer a more traditional shopping experience or would like more personalized assistance, our Saturday Pop Up is perfect for you.
So why the change? My kids are young and time is fleeting. Those close to me know the tug and pull I’ve felt the last few years to be home more. Plus, this change helps us with the space we need to support our online growth. I’m excited for this next season to be a meaningful one personally and with Hamilton.
